1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C milk
1 Navel orange
1 packet Truvia (or your choice of sweetener, not sugar)
5 ice cubes
*optional, add 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein
*optional, add 2-3 large strawberries or other fruits
