Woohoo - I have now been running a solid 3 miles each day. Next Tuesday I will make a small increase in the distance. Meanwhile, I'm working on my time. My first two miles I have successfully shaved off about a minute off each mile. Mile 3 is half tempo, part up tempo and part reduced. Up till now it has all been for completion. Now that my brain is a bit accustomed to the time, I think I can kick it up and improve my timing.
